Future Simple \ עתיד פשוט
- עתיד פשוט עוזר לנו בעיקר לנהל משא ומתן מה יתבצע בעתיד, תחזיות לגביי העתיד ולתאר דברים שיהיו נכונים באופן כללי בעתיד.
מתי נשתמש ב-Future Simple + דוגמאות:
- דבר מה שהוחלט כרגע
- הצעות
- הבטחות
- להסכים\לסרב לעשות משהו
- לבקש ממישהו לעשות משהו
- תחזית בהתבסס על ניסיון או דעה
- הצהרות כלליות לגביי העתיד
- משפטים עם מידע כללי לגביי העתיד עם will-be
Did you take the trash out? No, I’ll do it now. (דבר מה שהוחלט כרגע) | We’re hungry! No problem, I’ll go and buy us some food from the shop. (דבר מה שהוחלט כרגע) |

עתיד פשוט חוקים:
- נוסחא למשפטים חיובייים: subject + will + v1
- נשתמש ב-will כדי לבנות שאלות. (ראו טבלה למעלה)
- נשתמש ב-won’t כדי לבנות שלילות. (ראו טבלה למעלה)
- I, we, you, they, he, she, it = will
- פועל העזר will מבטל את ההטיה של הפועל במשפט. (he likes chocolate – he will like chocolate)
- כדי לצפות את העתיד נשתמש לעיתים בשילובי מילים שכיחים כגון: I bet, I reckon, probably, I suppose, I guess, I imagine, I think, I wonder, I’m sure
I bet he’ll win, I reckon it’ll stop raining soon, I imagine the concert hall will be full, I’ll probably find a solution.
חוקים מתקדמים בעתיד הפשוט:
- לעיתים קרובות נשתמש בשילובי המילים השכיחים: I think I’ll או I don’t think I’ll כאשר אנחנו מחליטים לעשות משהו כרגע. שילובים אלו שכיחים מאוד במבנה עתיד פשוט.
- נשתמש בפועל העזר shall במקום will עם כינויי הגוף I, we. במיוחד כשמדובר בשאלות. (shall I open the window? Shall we go? I shall tel him to stop visiting. We shall help him.) מבנה זה שכיח יותר באנגלית בריטית או אנגלית פורמלית. לא נשתמש ב-shall עם כינויי גוף אחרים.
- באופן כללי נשתמש במבנה -going-to- כדי לתאר סידורים או כוונות. עם זאת, בשפה פורמלית יותר נעדיף את מבנה עתיד פשוט לתאר דברים שנקבעו במדויק יותר. (The meeting will begin at 12:00: refreshments will be available from 12:30 onwards. However – “I’m going to talk at the meeting today)
- מבנה שאלות ושלילות עם הפועל -to be- שונה ממבנה סטנדרטי בעתיד הפשוט. (I will not be a student \ will I be a student)
