Refund Policy Bright English
All lesson packages have a predetermined refund point based on lesson usage at which the customer is entitled to receive a full refund for unused lesson balance – subject to to the condition that no-more than 75 days have passed since the package date of purchase. Upon the passing of 76 days from the date of purchase the customer will only be eligible for a partial refund of 40% of unused lesson balance.
b) The customer is elgible to receive a full refund in case none of the lessons from the package have been used, irrespective of date of purchase.
c) Beyond the pre-determined refund points, the customer will be elgible for a 30% refund of the amount of unused lesson balance. The refund will be calculated based on the cost of a single lesson in the smallest package – before any discounts.
d) If 80% (or more) of the lessons in the package are used, no refund is offered.
e) Pre-determined refund points:
Telephone packages:
20 lessons – at 4 lessons.
40 lessons – at 6 lessons.
60 lessons – at 8 lessons.
80 lessons – 10 lessons.
Online packages:
24 lessons – at 4 lessons.
36 lessons – at 6 lessons.
48 lessons – at 8 lessons.
60 lessons – at 10 lessons.
Group courses:
a) The customer has the right to cancel his participation in the course within 14 days from the date of making of the agreement, provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 days that are not rest days, before the start date of the course.
b) The customer is entitled to cancel his participation in the course even in a period of time closer to the start date of the course, and receive a 70% refund.
c) The customer is entitled to cancel his participation in the course even after the course has started and receive a refund of 30% of the total cost of the entire course.
Workshops:
a) The customer has the right to cancel the workshop booking within 14 days from the date of making the agreement, provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 days that are not rest days, before the start of the workshop.
b) There is no possibility of canceling a workshop and receiving a refund at all in a period of time that is less than 14 days as stated in section A of the workshops.
